What to expect
What happens after I apply?
We read every application ourselves and reply within a few business days, including when the answer is no. If there is a fit, the next step is a conversation about the work you have done and what you want to be doing next.
Do I need a formal portfolio?
You need evidence, and it does not have to be polished. Live links, repositories, side projects, or a rough case study all work. We care about the thinking behind the decisions more than the presentation of them.
Is the work remote?
Yes. Our clients are worldwide and the studio works remotely, with overlap hours so nobody is blocked waiting on an answer.
Do you take on juniors?
Sometimes, when the person is clearly hungry and can show something they built. We are a small team, so we cannot take many people who need full-time supervision, but we would rather train the right person than hire the wrong senior.
